Blues scales are extremely useful in many kinds of music from Rock, Heavy Metal, Country and almost
everything in between right up to Blues. A blues scale is simply a minor pentatonic scale with
an added note, which is described as being 'blue'. Improvise solos using these scales to add
an interesting 'bluesy' feel to almost any kind of music.
